With over 13 years of healthcare experience and six years in medical aesthetics, I specialize in injectable therapies, lasers, microneedling, and treating common skin concerns. I'm an expert in helping patients achieve healthy, glowing skin and yielding natural-looking results.

When I’m not at Elevate, you’ll find me spending time with my husband, Zach, our sons, Lawson and Stetson, and our French Bulldog, Archer. I love reading fiction, meeting up with my girlfriends for happy hour, and shopping, of course!

Hi, I’m Bailee Benak! I’ve been a nurse since 2020 and in the aesthetics field since 2022. After graduating nursing school, I worked in the Emergency Department before finding my true calling in field of medical aesthetics.  

Every face is unique, which is why I take a personalized approach to every treatment plan. I love educating my patients so they feel confident in their decisions, understand the “why” behind each recommendation, and leave feeling empowered. Hi friends! My name is Lauren Fleege, and I'm an Iowa native—a Hawkeye in Husker land. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Creighton University in 2018 and my Doctor of Nursing Practice–Family Nurse Practitioner (DNP-FNP) degree from Creighton in 2024.

My background includes experience in critical care, primary care, and aesthetics, which has shaped my passion for helping patients look and feel their best. I love combining wellness and aesthetic medicine to provide personalized care with a holistic approach.
